Returns & Exchanges


Before returning any items we must be notified. Please send us your full name, the list of items you would like to return and your order number. Do not return a product until it has been approved by us. Returned items must be sent back in brand new condition and in the original packaging just as you received it.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when an item is returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note that all SALE items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

We cannot not issue refunds to customers who did not receive an order because of an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address provided during the checkout process.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item contact us, print out your email invoice and mail it back to us (Miss Rosalie, C/Dalí 20, Urb. Real de Zaragoza, 29604 Marbella, Spain) with your item and write on the invoice what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.
